36 Knots was created in collaboration between Interior and Graphic Designers and weavers in India. Inspired by the Pazyryk carpet, which is considered the oldest known carpet to the world and made up of 36 symmetrical knots per cm², 36 Knots offers a wide range of rugs that pay respect to a long line of tradition and aims to support artisans, create stories of connection, and share their love of tradition, beauty, and design.
